FFP’s Business Development Director Gary Tee is scheduled to take part in two important upcoming debates, forming part of the wider discussions about the future of flexible packaging and more specifically about FFP’s contribution to reducing the impact of single use plastics on the environment.
Gary is joining the Big Plastics Debate Materials Showdown on the Main Stage at the Packaging Innovations Exhibition and Seminar at Olympia in London on the 13th September. Gary will be discussing FFP’s latest plastic-free pouch range as an alternative to traditional plastic materials in a lively debate with a panel that includes senior staff from WRAP, Plastic Planet, Axion, BBIA and the Packaging Federation, and is chaired by Ian Bates of the Reelbrands Group.
Additionally, on the 4th October, Gary will present FFP’s overall approach to offering sustainable and plastic-free packaging at Packhub’s next Packaging Innovation Seminar, to be held at Compton Verney in Warwickshire. Titled ‘Sustainable Packaging Innovations Seminar 2018’, the day aims to bring together leading voices throughout the packaging industry to address the ‘challenges and opportunities of introducing more sustainable packaging into your business’. #SuspackTPH
