Die Cut Lidding
Constantia FFP can offer a wide range of heat seal lacquered and co-extrusion coated, easy peel aluminium and plastic die-cut lids tailored to your needs to meet your product and sustainability requirements.
Lids are flexo printed on our state-of-the-art W+H Miraflex presses and if you really want your products to make an impression on the shelf, we can also offer our own ‘Platinum’ HD print. A large selection of die-cut lid shapes are available to ensure tooling costs are kept to a minimum.
Embossing
Embossing die cut lids ensures optimal functionality but can also presents exciting branding opportunities.
Embossing the surface structure or rim of the lid ensures that the individual lids don’t stick to one another during automatic destacking and separation of the lids on the filling machine. Embossing also enhances the stiffness of the material and improves scratch resistance.

ComforLid
Double layer die cut lid.
A double layer die cut lid composed of one aluminium layer and a co-extruded plastic layer. The consumer peels off the aluminium layer leaving the plastic layer with the opening on the cup.
