Sachets are used for many different applications and come in many different sizes and materials. Constantia FFP can supply film on a reel for you to form and fill the sachets on your own packing lines. We can supply a wide range of plain or printed film, designed to run at high speed on your machinery. For sachet production, film is ordinarily supplied as a multi-layer laminate, with layers performing specific functions within the structure of the packaging.

We can supply film that is suited to liquids or powders and that can also be used in hot fill applications. Material can be supplied with oxygen and moisture barrier to maximise your products quality and freshness through the supply chain and our in-house slitting facilities enables us to meet your exact specifications, so that the film fits perfectly with your machines. Whatever your requirements, our experienced technical team will work closely with you in order to supply the optimal film for your product, machine and process.

Constantia FFP are leaders in flexographic print technology and we can either surface or reverse print your material. Our outstanding print and lamination capabilities allow us to offer many decorative and eye-catching solutions such as tactile coatings, paper strip lamination and our own Platinum Print for packaging that really makes an impression and adds another dimension on shelf.

Constantia FFP have developed mono material laminates that are recyclable by returning to store, as classified by OPRL. Offering outstanding functionality including high barrier options, these materials offer a sustainable alternative to complex multi material laminates that cannot currently be recycled.
